Munchkins

We got Owen these rubber boots for convention because of the inevitability of rainy (and therefore muddy) weather. It took a while for him to get used to not being able to flex his ankles when he walked, so we practiced at home for a week or so beforehand. When I first put them on him I thought we had made a disastrous purchase. He refused to move an inch and looked at me with this pathetic look as if to say, "Mom, you don't really expect me to wear these right?" He did get used to them, though. Aren't they cute!!
