Lauren's Wreath

Lauren's pre-school class sent home a project for each student to do with their families to help decorate the hallway for the Christmas season. The project is due Dec. 4th and it's been a welcome help since Lauren has been sick all week with this RSV virus and is missing school in more ways than one. She loves school so much that it's a bear to keep her home. At least we've had this to keep us busy and she's enjoyed it. The project was simply a styrofoam plate with the center cut out, and instructions to decorate it however we wanted to make a wreath. I bought some things at our local Hobby Lobby store and we went to town on it this morning. I thought it turned out so cute, and Lauren is absolutely thrilled with it. The candy canes are the only edible part, and she AND Owen enjoyed a few of the extras while we added these to the wreath. What fun!
